Delivery Cancellation Policy

Delivery cancellations must be confirmed at least 4 days prior to the scheduled delivery date and time. Late delivery cancellations may result in additional charges.

Delivery Rescheduling Policy

Delivery rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Failure to notify the store within this timeframe will result in a non-negotiable $200 rescheduling fee.

Special Orders

Special Order Items are final sale. No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are permitted on special orders under any circumstances.

Measurements & Fit Responsibility

All measurements are the sole responsibility of the customer. The store is not responsible if an item does not fit your space.
Customers must ensure proper measurements for:(Doorways, Elevators, Hallways, Walkways, Staircases, Room entrances) If an item does not fit upon delivery:50% of the purchase price will be deducted as a restocking fee A pickup fee will be charged to cover transportation and labor costs

Product Damage & Manufacturer Defects

Adam Outlet takes 100% responsibility for any item: Delivered damaged straight out of the box and found to have manufacturing defects upon delivery. Please report any issues immediately at the time of delivery. Pickup is invalid to this. You must check once picked up. Once it leaves the store/warehouse we're no longer liable for any damages.
